The recommendations to reopen New Jersey businesses, found in a framework by the New Jersey Business Coalition and sent to Governor Murphy this past week, are numerous and sector-specific.

In a story written by ROI-NJ Editor and Chief Content Officer Tom Bergeron, NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka explains that the dynamic document marks a starting point for businesses to reopen – but having these best practices already set is essential for expediting the startup process.

“We’ve been doing this for weeks, because we knew we needed to start gathering this data,” Siekerka said. “We went to business leaders and asked them, what can you do and what do you need?

“Our goal is for this to be plug and play. We know there are going to be gaps, but the goal was to create a framework that could be a starting point.”
