Allows school districts and requires public colleges to enter into dual enrollment agreements to provide college-level instruction to high school students through courses offered on college or high school campuses. Dual enrollment

agreements have the potential to reduce the time and cost of a college degree, improve completion rates, and challenge high school students. Ultimately, these dual enrollment agreements help meet employer demand for a highly skilled and trained workforce.
