DRAFT Technical Bulletin The NJ Division of Taxation has shared a regarding the CBT filing requirements for banks under the new combined reporting regime in New Jersey in order to gather comments and suggestions prior to it formally being released. The DRAFT Technical Bulletin explains the treatment of banking corporations and combined groups. This is not the typical process for a Technical Bulletin, however, it is being done in this case because it is a unique circumstance dealing with a specific industry.
