Business Elite Awards, an international organization dedicated to recognizing outstanding leadership and professional excellence, recently honored Panagiota Babadelis, senior director of Marketing & Communications at Berkeley College, among its 2026 “40 Under 40” honorees. 

According to Business Elite, the “40 Under 40” distinction honors professionals who “demonstrate excellence across industries through innovation, leadership, and lasting impact.” 

Babadelis manages Berkeley College partnerships with organizations including New York City FC, iHeartMedia, and NJ TRANSIT, as well as multimedia campaigns across various platforms. She is a co-host of the award-winning podcast “Teach me Something.”  

Babadelis is also the CEO of Dellas Management, a boutique firm specializing in strategic brand development and management. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Communications, and an Associate degree in Applied Science in Marketing Communications from Berkeley College.  

“As a first-generation American I was raised to hold honesty, diplomacy, a strong work ethic, and community in very high regard,” Babadelis said. “This award symbolizes the impact that I strive to make in industry as well as in our communities.”
