The Legislature canceled a planned vote on a bill legalizing adult use cannabis on Monday, March 25. It is unclear when they will reschedule a vote on the bill. Governor Murphy had planned to substantially expand the state’s medical marijuana program but agreed to hold off on those plans and give the Legislature another chance to pass cannabis legislation in May.
