As the nation celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15 through Oct. 15), NJBIA would like to call attention to the economic contributions of Hispanic business owners and entrepreneurs.
According to this article from the cable news channel CNBC, Hispanics are “turbocharging small-business growth and driving $700 billion into the U.S. economy.”
The average Latino-owned business saw a dramatic 26.5 percent revenue increase in the past 12 months, according to Biz2Credit data, and the number of credit applications rose by 22 percent.
