Official Rules

Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of NJBIA and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Contest Period:The contest begins on July 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on August 5, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must submit an original video in accordance with the contest instructions. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Entries must:

• Be the entrant’s original work.
• Not contain copyrighted music or content unless the entrant has permission.
• Not include offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the rules of the social media platform used for submission.
• Incomplete or ineligible entries may be disqualified.

Winner Selection: One or more winners will be selected by NJBIA in its sole discretion based on creativity, authenticity, relevance to the contest prompt, and overall quality. NJBIA’s decisions are final. Winner(s) will be notified via the contact information provided or through the applicable social media platform. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, NJBIA reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize: Winner(s) will receive [two] complimentary ticket(s) to the Women Business Leaders Forum, plus get VIP seating at the event Main Stage room. The prize:

• Has no cash value.
• Is non-transferable.
• May not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

Any travel, lodging, parking, meals, or incidental expenses are the responsibility of the winner. If the Women Business Leaders Forum is canceled, postponed, or materially modified, NJBIA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value or to modify the prize accordingly.

Content License: By submitting an entry, participants grant NJBIA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, adapt, and create derivative works from the submitted video, in whole or in part, in any media, including websites, email marketing, social media, advertising, promotional materials, presentations, and future marketing campaigns, without additional compensation or notice. Submitted videos will not be returned and may be used by NJBIA regardless of whether the entrant is selected as a winner.

Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant NJBIA permission to use their name, likeness, voice, image, job title, company name, and submitted content in connection with the contest and future promotional activities without additional compensation.

Participant Representations: By submitting an entry, participants represent and warrant that:

• The video is their original work.
• They have obtained permission from anyone appearing in the video.
• The submission does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold NJBIA harmless from any claims arising from their submission.

General Conditions: NJBIA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Official Rules or is deemed inappropriate. NJBIA also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless NJBIA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

Privacy: Information collected in connection with this contest will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with NJBIA’s Privacy Policy.
