NJBIA’s Rising Star Award identifies future male and female business leaders who have demonstrated leadership, a passion for their anticipated field, and a commitment to volunteering/community involvement.
- Nominees must be educators, mentors, or past/present supervisors who have worked with undergraduate or graduate students.
- Nominations are open to all undergraduate students and 2025 and 2026 graduates.
