S.3129 (Madden, Cunningham, DeAngelo, Quijano, Benson, Lampitt)
This law requires the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to maintain a webpage with information about family and medical leave, as well as disability benefits. Links must be provided to the texts of applicable laws, instructions for claiming the benefits provided under those laws, and information on where to make inquiries or request resources relevant to those laws.
