On this past weekend’s edition of NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business,” Ralph Weaver, founder and CEO of East West Connection, discussed how he has been able to guide his successful events planning business of 30 years through the challenges brought on by the pandemic.
“It’s tested my resolve a lot,” Weaver told host Bob Considine. “But I stand before you today with a legacy of having a strong work ethic and a Mom that was just incredible, and a Dad that was very supportive of me.
“When I look back upon their lives and think of some of the challenges and obstacles they faced in their lives, I hear a little voice and I hear my mom say, ‘OK, step out on faith. You can do it. Don’t give up!”
