Refund Policy

Cancellations received at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a refund, less a 12.5% administrative fee per canceled attendee, up to a maximum fee of $25 per attendee. Calendar days include weekends and holidays. Cancellations received fewer than 7 calendar days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@njbia.org. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee by contacting events@njbia.org. If NJBIA cancels an event, registration fees will be fully refunded. NJBIA is not responsible for any travel, lodging or other expenses incurred by attendees.
