The Masterclass series consists of 11 virtual programs, 90 minutes each, on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, beginning in January and running through December 2025. No program will be held in July.
Participants can register for one or more classes, with a discount provided for the full series registration. This allows them to select only topics essential to their own development.
This series targets individuals with a foundational understanding of leadership principles who are looking to refine and expand their skills. This program will delve deeper into advanced concepts, offer more interactive and experiential learning opportunities, and feature insights from renowned experts in the field. Top leaders and experts will lead sessions individually and include hands-on activities, role-playing, and simulations. Sessions will address your real-world leadership challenges through peer learning group discussions.
This Masterclass would provide advanced knowledge and focus on practical application and personal development, ensuring participants can immediately implement what they learn in their leadership roles.
The cost for members is $499 for the entire series or $49 for individual sessions. Nonmembers are welcome to participate for $899 for the entire series or $89 for individual sessions.
These sessions, along with the NextGen In-Person Event in June, can be attended in whole or in part. Certificates will be awarded after each webinar.

- Session 1: Leadership Styles, Tuesday, January 21, 2025 – Understand the various leadership styles and then understand how to refine and adapt your style for different situations. This session will include discussion on generational dynamics in leadership.
- Session 2: Leading with Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Influence, Tuesday, February 18, 2025 – Deep dive into self-regulation, empathy, and social skills, learn how EQ is crucial in influencing others, aids in persuasion and influence and how top leaders utilize EQ in high-stakes situations.
- Session 3: Strategic Vision and Innovation, Tuesday, March 18, 2025 – Learn how to create and communicate a vision and drive innovation, leading a culture of innovation and creativity.
- Session 4: Building High-Performance Teams, Tuesday, April 15, 2025—Learn the characteristics of high-performing teams, get motivational and engagement tips, and apply the concepts learned in role-playing scenarios and simulations.
- Session 5: Leadership in Times of Change and Crisis, Tuesday, May 20, 2025– Strategies for leading through uncertainty and change, and building organizational resilience, whether short or long term, are essential in today’s world. This session will help prepare you and your team for future challenges including how to overcome resistance, and tactics for gaining buy-in and sustaining momentum as well as when to seek HR or outside assistance.
- Session 6: Reflective and Ethical Leadership, Tuesday, June 17, 2025– Navigating ethical dilemmas can be difficult, learn the framework for ethical decision-making and building a culture of integrity including techniques for ongoing self-assessment and growth. This session will include highlights on employment laws and mandates.
- Session 7: Networking and Relationship Building, Tuesday, August 19, 2025- Strategic networking to build and leverage a powerful professional network is key to success. Learn how to develop and nurture key relationships.
- Session 8: Financial Leadership and Business Acumen, Tuesday, September 16, 2025 – Understanding financial drivers and business models is essential to integrate financial insights into your decision making.
- Session 9: Digital Leadership and Innovation, Tuesday, October 21, 2025- Leading in the digital age brings not only challenges but new tools to help you succeed. Learn how to embrace new technologies: AI, big data, and their implications for leadership.
- Session 10: Coaching and Developing Others, Tuesday, November 18, 2025– This session will focus on advanced coaching techniques and skills for senior leaders. Succession planning, identifying and developing future leaders will also be discussed.
- Session 11: Work-Life Integration and Wellbeing, Tuesday, December 16, 2025- Balancing personal and professional demands is integral to sustainable leadership. Learn to promote well-being and implement strategies for creating a healthy and productive work environment.
Next Gen Program, In Person, April or June:
As a complement to the Leadership Series, this event will consist of a series of Ted Style Talks, where participants can hear from executives on Executive Presence and Personal Branding and what it takes to succeed in a business environment. The event will include a unique networking and social aspect.
