Dr. Arnold Williams is a psychiatrist and the Medical Director at RWJBarnabas Behavioral Health Center, a freestanding 100-bed acute psychiatric center located in Toms River, NJ. ABPN Board Certified in psychiatry and a fellow of the American and New Jersey Psychiatric Associations, he oversees the Behavioral Health Center psychiatrists while providing expert clinical care to patients in an inpatient setting. Dr. Williams has been with the RWJBarnabas Health system for 12 years, and is a true mental health and patient advocate. Additionally, the behavioral health center offers an intensive outpatient program, and also has a specialized geriatric unit complete with a geropsychiatrist. 

 In addition to the Behavioral Health Center, RWJBarnabas Health has an extensive service line for mental health and addiction services throughout NJ. In partnership with Rutgers University Behavioral Health as well as the RWJBarnabas Health Institute for Prevention and Recovery, various services are available for children and adolescents to older adults.
