Laura Crothers is a highly regarded speaker, author, and expert in HR and Leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Crothers Consulting, Laura has steered the company through substantial growth over the past 15 years. Recognized as one of the Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs of NJ, Laura sits on the board of directors for ACG-NJ and actively participates in various other community organizations. Laura also serves as chapter chair for two NJ chapters of the Women President’s Organization (WPO), a roundtable for CEOs of multimillion-dollar businesses. Her leadership acumen developed through key roles at prestigious firms such as Standard & Poor’s, CIT, Merrill Lynch, ADP, and Everbank. Renowned for her pragmatic and innovative solutions, Laura fosters genuine connections through her straightforward and approachable demeanor. Stephanie Licata is an organizational development consultant, executive coach, and leadership facilitator with more than two decades of experience helping managers strengthen coaching skills, lead teams more effectively, and elevate performance. She has worked across a wide range of industries and has trained thousands of leaders in how to use coaching as a practical leadership tool. She is also the designer of the Crothers Coaching Academy.

A certified coach through NYU and the ICF, with a Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Stephanie brings deep expertise in leadership coaching, team development, and communication. Her work spans everyone from individual contributors to senior executives, and she is known for helping managers translate coaching principles into real-world leadership impact.
