As part of our ongoing effort to offer leadership training for our members and their workforce, NJBIA is offering professional leadership development masterclass in 2024. 

This opportunity will consist of 10 monthly in-person meetings (hybrid available), 90 minutes each, on the 3rd Monday of each month, beginning May 20th and running through March, 2025.  It is designed to help attendees achieve what it takes to excel in today’s competitive and ever-changing business climate.

Did you know that nearly 1/2 of leaders do not receive effective training for their role and 1/3 of the managers leave their job within the first 3 years? 

We believe your leadership is the path to greater success for you and your company. 

Join us for an interactive Leadership Masterclass series, that will delve into distinct leadership pressure points, the evolution of the leadership skillset, the best ways to react and respond in different situations, and identifying leadership blind spots to ensure that managers feel empowered to lead. This focus will help ensure leaders have the space to create a climate in which employees contribute, and feel trusted, creative, and motivated.  

Our year-long program will kick off with a Leadership Blindspot Assessment to identify opportunities for growth and to establish specific goals. 

As we move into the monthly meetings, topics will include:

Individuals must register for the entire series. 

Registration for individual classes is not permitted. 

If you register late, you will receive a copy of the prior classes.
