Meet Our Membership Team

Wayne M. Staub Wayne M. Staub Chief Business Relations Officer, NJBIA

Wayne M. Staub was appointed as the Vice President of Member Services for New Jersey Business and Industry Association (NJBIA) in June 2015.  Since then, he has been promoted to his current title of Chief Business Relations Officer.  Wayne works alongside the NJBIA Executive Team in planning and executing on short and long-term strategic planning.  Wayne leads the recruitment efforts and collaborates in the development of “Member Only” exclusive benefits programs and partnerships.

Before joining NJBIA Wayne held several positions in county and state government. At the county level, he worked with the Mercer County Office of Human Services and the Mercer County Office of Economic Development and Sustainability.  After moving to state government, Wayne was a Director in the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Office of Economic Growth and Green Energy before moving on to the Office of Water Resources Management.

Wayne serves on the Board of the Capital Region Minority Chamber of Commerce, The Trenton Downtown Association and The College of New Jersey IRB Board. He is also a LEAD NJ Fellow (2019) and serves on the Applicant Review Committee, as well as the serving on the Ewing Public Education Foundation.   Wayne has a BS in Marketing from Seton Hall University and a MS in Management and Leadership from Thomas Edison State University.

He is a lifelong New Jersey resident and is the proud father of two children.

Katie Wittkamp Katie Wittkamp Business Development, NJBIA

Katie Wittkamp is the Coordinator of Member Recruitment at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA). She is responsible for recruiting new members through targeted marketing campaigns and developing a membership prospect pipeline using a variety of techniques within designated area/industry/business size.  Katie oversees a technology and marketing strategy critical to achieving business goals for NJBIA. She has extensive experience in member relations, sales strategy, and event planning.  Katie chairs the Economic Development Committee for Florence Township and earned her bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College).

Randy D. Stephens, MSOL Randy D. Stephens, MSOL Business Relationship Manager, NJBIA

One of the newest members of the NJBIA Membership team, Randy Stephens serves as the first retention specialist for the NJBIA. Responsible for developing strategies to improve member relationships, he has streamlined onboarding, works to improve member engagement, and offers new members a return on investment based on their goals and objectives. With a history in customer service, leadership, and sales Randy understands the value of relationships and communication. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and a Master of Science from Cairn University.
