Presented by NJBIA's Nonprofit Council
Your nonprofit’s ability to grow, make informed decisions, and prepare for audits depends on the health of your financial systems. If you're operating with outdated tools, manual processes, or disconnected systems, you're probably spending more time fixing problems than moving your mission forward.
Join us on June 24 at noon for this online event when Nisivoccia CPAs Mike Smith and Victoria Kosuda will share strategies to help you optimize your financial systems. During the 60-minute session, we’ll cover:
- Common financial and reporting challenges nonprofits face—and how to fix them
- How to strengthen your systems for smoother audits and better visibility
- Why clean, consistent reporting makes decision-making easier
- What "audit readiness" really looks like and how to get there
- Lessons learned from real organizations that have turned things around
Who Should Attend?
- Nonprofit leaders
- Nonprofit finance professionals
- Anyone involved in nonprofit financial planning, reporting, or audit prep
