Minority- and women-owned businesses that want to learn more about becoming successful exporters can take advantage of a free webinar this month by the U.S. Commercial Service, part of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration.

The webinar at 3 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Aug. 17 will cover the services and tools provided by the Export-Import (EXIM) Bank, U.S. Small Business Administration and U.S. Commercial Service that can help minority- and women-owned businesses sell goods in international markets.

Businesses that are exploring, preparing or ready to start selling products overseas will learn insights about the export process. Specifically, the webinar will share services and products offered by the U.S. Commercial Service; e-commerce strategies to increase website visibility; and funding resources and strategies from the EXIM Bank and SBA.
