André Solomon, a senior finance professional with food bank experience, is the new CFO of Fulfill, a nonprofit working to alleviate hunger and food insecurity in Monmouth and Ocean counties.

“André comes to Fulfill with more than 20 years in finance operations for nonprofits,” said Fulfill CEO & President Triada Stampas. “He has a proven track record of mission-driven leadership in budget planning. We are confident in André’s expertise in financial analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and funding development. On behalf of everyone at Fulfill, I welcome him to the Fulfill team.”

Solomon has been leading financial operations for mission-driven organizations for most of his career. Before joining Fulfill, he was vice president of Client Services at Brand K Partners, director of Finance at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and is board treasurer of Affinity Credit Union Foundation. He was also CFO at Talley Management Group, a nonprofit management company, where he managed the financial affairs of 20 nonprofits.

In addition to food banks and associations, he has led day-to-day financial operations for several faith-based organizations and served on the boards of Hope for New York and Future Possibilities. Solomon holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brooklyn College and an MBA from Yale University.

About Fulfill

Fulfill has been providing food for families at the Jersey Shore for more than 30 years. The nonprofit provides 1 million meals per month by distributing food to nearly 300 feeding agencies in Monmouth and Ocean counties, including soup kitchens, food pantries, and shelters, and by delivering food to families, children, seniors, veterans, and more. Fulfill also offers programs to connect people to the resources they need to become self-sufficient. Fulfill assists with applications for SNAP, affordable health care, and Medicaid, as well as affordable housing applications, budgeting and money management, utility expenses, and senior services.
