The grant, part of New Jersey’s Free Community College initiative, provides assistance toward the cost of tuition and approved educational fees for up to 18 credits. The program is available to New Jersey students with a total household adjusted gross income of $65,000 or less who are enrolled in at least six credits per semester. All types of students are eligible: part time and full time, recent high school graduates as well as adult learners working toward their first college degree.
