Republican Kim Guadagno and Democrat Phil Murphy will square off in the first head-to-head debate in the race to become New Jersey’s next governor. The debate will be aired live at 7 p.m. on WABC-TV’s New York and Philadelphia affiliates, and livestreamed on the news website NJ Spotlight, a co-sponsor of the debate.
