Tell your legislator to say NO to the Governor’s permanent Corporate Transit Fee. SEND A MESSAGE

When your entire staff, or even just a few team members, are working remotely from home because of the COVID-19 pandemic, it can be challenging to manage employees and their workflow.

In this recent NJBIA webinar, Judy Sailer and Steve Usarzewicz of Primepoint HRMS & Payroll, take viewers through ways to keep employees engaged and productive, including using technology effectively to keep the lines of communication open and manage conflict.

“You’ve got to make sure you’re being transparent,” Sailer said. “We are seeing lots of business close and that’s on a lot of employees’ minds.  You don’t want your best of the best looking for another job because someone started a rumor that you’re going to be laying people off. You’ve got to make sure you’re being transparent and saying we’re moving forward and here are our goals.”
