Join NJBIA’s next online Human Resource Council meeting on July 12 with HR expert Judy Sailer, who will discuss how to present your company effectively on social media platforms to recruit new talent and make informed hiring decisions.

Social Media: Hiring Friend or Foe?” begins at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12. Go here to register and receive an emailed link with your Zoom video conferencing login information. Attendees do not need to be members of the Human Resource Council to participate.

Sailer, the HR education and events manager at Primepoint HRMS & Payroll, will guide participants on best practices for using social media effectively as a hiring tool, and presenting your company professionally on social media. Sailer will also discuss how to respond when former employees post negative comments about your company and how to diffuse difficult online situations.

The free, 90-minute presentation will include a question-and-answer session.
