Lincoln Tech will host a NJ Skills Gap Summit on September 27th at their South Plainfield Campus. The Summit is bringing together employers, local government officials, and education professionals for a solutions-focused conversation on the challenges facing today’s hiring managers in finding skilled employees to fill open positions. Lincoln Tech representatives will be on hand from the Union and Mahwah campuses as well, as the discussion centers on hiring challenges in the auto, diesel, HVAC, electrical, electronic systems, manufacturing and welding fields.
