Main Street merchants and real estate professionals were among the many business owners who got together at a recent virtual Town Hall hosted by NJBIA and the New Jersey Business Coalition to discuss the impact that COVID-19 and state-ordered business operating restrictions are having on their ability to earn a living and retain employees.
Featured speakers in this video clip from the forum include Annie Rossi, owner of Addicted Chic in Flemington; Nina Tucker, owner of Noesis Marketing; and Leor Hemo, president & CEO, Vantage Real Estate Services in Cherry Hill.
“When our clients cannot operate, or are being forced to operate in a limited capacity, we can’t sign new leases, we can’t fill vacancies in offices or shopping centers, and that impacts our ability to make a living as well,” said Leor Hemo, president and CEO of Vantage Real Estate Services, who was among the more than 100 business and nonprofit leaders at the town hall.
