SCORE, a national, all volunteer, non-profit service, with the purpose of mentoring small businesses and entrepreneurs is pleased to announce that the Monmouth County Chapter of SCORE was presented with the “Outstanding Client Relationship Award” at the Annual SCORE National Leadership Conference (Reno, NV) in August during the Volunteers Matter Celebration Dinner.

Accepting the award was Tony Payer, SCORE Monmouth Vice Chairman. Also in attendance was the former Monmouth Chapter Chair, Gene Wolf, who is now the District Manager overseeing all 8 New Jersey Chapters and over 300 Mentors around the state.

This Award is based on feedback from clients mentored locally and nationwide across 300 SCORE chapters this year. “This recognition is extra special to our Monmouth County mentors,” according to Chapter Chair Chris Carlsson, “because it is based on client feedback.”

Entrepreneurs or businesses seeking FREE mentoring can “Find a Mentor Near You” at http://monmouth.score.org, or search nationally for specific expertise at www.score.org “Find a Mentor”.  Volunteers are welcome and appreciated.
