NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association – New Jersey Chapter recently announced the recipients of its 2026 Commercial Real Estate Awards.
These honors will be presented at the 39th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala, which will be held on May 14 at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset.
Edwin H. Cohen, principal, Prism Capital Partners, LLC, will receive the Charles Klatskin Lifetime Achievement Award, which pays tribute to an individual who has had a distinguished record in service to the industry and the community.
This year’s Caren S. Franzini Public Partner Award will honor two champions of economic development who have inspired and transformed their communities – Mayor of East Brunswick Brad J. Cohen and Mayor of Bedminster Township Lawrence F. Jacobs.
The Impact Award will be presented to two well-regarded industry leaders who have had a significant impact on New Jersey’s commercial and industrial real estate development. This year’s recipients are Clark Machemer, senior managing director, Crow Holdings Development, and Robert C. Kossar, vice chairman of JLL’s Northeast Industrial Region.
The Industry Service Award will honor Dana Nalbantian, principal, Gensler, in recognition of her contributions in support of the industry’s goals.
