The NJ Supports Breastfeeding Initiative is launching a new video training resource for employers as part of a virtual event to understand lactation workplace rights.
The virtual event, entitled “Making It Work Together: Supporting Breastfeeding in the Workplace Video Launch & Conversation,” will take place on Aug. 20, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. It will include special guest Jill Wodnick, MA, LCCE, IMH-E®(II).
Thereafter, the video will be available as an employer resource on the NJ Supports Breastfeeding website here.
Employers are encouraged to join the conversation during the event and share their workplace solutions to the challenges in supporting lactating employees,
