Newmark Associates CRE this week announced the sale of a three-building medical office complex located at 95-97-99 Northfield Ave. in West Orange for $2 million.
Strategically positioned with direct frontage on Northfield Avenue and just moments from Route 280, the 13,500-square-foot complex offers ample on-site parking and exceptional accessibility, making it an ideal hub for medical practitioners and their patients.
The complex’s location and flexible layout drew strong interest from healthcare users seeking premium space in Essex County’s competitive market, the firm said. The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.
Jeannette Melillo, vice president specializing in the disposition of assets, and Jack Maier, senior associate, represented the seller. The buyer, a growing regional medical practice, plans to expand its footprint to better serve the local community.
“This transaction underscores the ongoing demand for well-located, adaptable medical office properties in Essex County,” said Melillo. “We’re proud to have delivered a smooth, strategic deal that meets the evolving needs of both our client and the community.”
