Newmark Associates CRE, LLC, New Jersey’s largest and longest-established woman-owned commercial real estate brokerage firm, has been honored by the Morris County Chamber of Commerce with its Community Service Award.
The recognition celebrates the firm’s sustained commitment to the communities it has served since its founding in 1987 by CEO Susanne Newmark. The firm, now led by Newmark and COO Nancy Glick, has built a reputation over nearly four decades as a trusted commercial real estate resource across New Jersey’s key submarkets and for its active civic presence in Morris County.
Among their most visible philanthropic initiatives, Newmark Associates created a summer internship program bringing commercial real estate education to students in the Newark school system — giving young people direct exposure to an industry that shapes the built environment of their own neighborhoods.
Newmark has also served on the board of Jewish Family Services, and she remains a committed presence in the Morristown community and across Morris County. Newmark Associates team members also volunteer their time with multiple charitable organizations as well as planning boards and economic development committees.

The Morris County Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award recognizes businesses and individuals whose contributions to civic, charitable, and community life reflect exceptional dedication beyond the ordinary course of business.
