NJBIA Vice President of Government Affairs Ray Cantor last week submitted written comments to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for its new Air Pollution Control rule proposals.

Among the topics responded to by Cantor in the wide-ranging proposal are the regulations of carbon dioxide as a pollutant; the continuation of use of carbon-fueled electric generating units, the banning of boilers and Numbers 4 and 6 fuels.
