NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka recently went on the TV talk show NJ Now to discuss reopening businesses, particularly health and fitness facilities.
NJBIA and other business groups have called on Gov. Phil Murphy to end the pause in New Jersey’s reopening schedule. Some time after the episode aired, Murphy signed an executive order allowing the reopening of health and fitness facilities on Sept. 1.
“Our economy is in a horrific place, and businesses are significantly struggling,” she tells host Dianne Doctor.
