NJBIA Vice President of Government Affairs Althea D. Ford will be discussing the current job market and ensuring a talent pipeline for the skilled trades on the next episode of “Steve Adubato’s Lessons in Leadership with Co-host Mary Gamba,” airing this weekend.
The broadcast, which also features Scott M. Shaw, president & CEO of Lincoln Technical Institute, will air at 5 p.m., Saturday, June 13, and again at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 14, on News 12+. The broadcast will also be available afterward on a variety of other online platforms including Apple, Audible, Spotify, and others, as well as partner media organizations.
Ford and Shaw will be discussing the impact of workforce shortages on the state’s economy and what the higher education sector, and specifically Lincoln Tech, are doing to prepare students for skilled trades in information technology, electronics, automotive technology and more.
