NJBIA is getting into the TV business, bringing more visibility to its members and the business issues surrounding them. The first episode of NJBIA’s Minding Your Business, will run this Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 a.m. on News12+.
“Each week, NJBIA will highlight member businesses and delve deep into the policy issues confronting them,” said Chief Communications Officer Bob Considine. “We look forward to presenting the great people behind New Jersey’s businesses, while also hearing from our own Government Affairs staff to bring some clarity to the important business issues of the day.”
The show is produced entirely by NJBIA and broadcast in partnership with News 12 New Jersey. The News 12+ channel is available on cable systems throughout the NJ/NY and CT tri-state area, including Verizon Fios Channel 530 and Altice One/Optimum 61. Episodes will also be available on NJBIA’s website and YouTube channel.
The show has been about a year in the making.
“There are so many great stories to tell about businesses of all size in New Jersey,” said NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka. “We think shining a light on those businesses, and the issues we advocate for and against on their behalf will make for a compelling and informative show.”
