Four NJBIA executives and 11 members of NJBIA’s Board of Trustees have been recognized on ROI-NJ's 2026 Power Influencers Lists this week.
NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka earned a spot on the Super 75, along with three other NJBIA board members:
- Mike Reagan, retired Senior Vice President, CGI, now COO of Marmer Advisory Group
- Mike Renna, Chairman of South Jersey Industries
- Dr. Teik Lim, President of the New Jersey Institute of Technology
ROI-NJ said the Super 75 are the “CEOs, founders, advisors, investors, and community figures— proven experts whose networks and track records shape policy, attract investment, and drive measurable economic impact.”
In addition to the Super 75 rankings, ROI-NJ also published 17 other Power Influencer Lists for specific policy areas, recognizing leaders in their fields of expertise.
NJBIA staff on these lists included:
- NJBIA Chief Government Affairs Officer Christopher Emigholz (Government & Public Affairs Power List)
- NJBIA Deputy Chief Government Affairs Officer Ray Cantor (Energy & Environment Power List)
- NJBIA Research Analyst Jack Ramirez (AI and Tech Power List)
Members of NJBIA’s Board of Trustees were also recognized on these policy specific power lists including:
- Lori Roth, CEO of Prager Metis, and chair of the NJBIA Board of Trustees, (Accounting)
- James Horne, CEO of Junior Achievement of NJ (Associations and Organizations)
- Rebecca O’Connell, EVP, Head of NY Metro Corporate Banking (Banking)
- Gail Friedberg Rottenstrich, Co-founder of ZAGO Manufacturing (NJ Executives)
- Chris Guiton, Head, N.J. Sate and Community Engagement at Johnson & Johnson and an NJBIA Board member (Government and Public Affairs)
- Jaclyn Kator, Regional VP for External and Legislative Affairs at AT&T and vice chair of NJBIA’s Board of Trustees (Government & Public Affairs)
