The Regional Plan Association is hosting its annual New Jersey Reception on Thursday, Feb. 26 at the Newark Museum of Art.
Awardees at the event will include:
- Governor James J. Florio Leadership Award: Hudson County Executive Craig Guy
- Community Builder Award: Bob Carrigan, CEO of Audible
The bipartisan Raritan Valley Line Mayors' Alliance will also be recognized for their continued advocacy on behalf of New Jersey riders.
RPA is an independent non-profit civic organization that develops and promotes ideas to improve the economic health, environmental resiliency, equity, and quality of life of the New York metropolitan area.
RPA conducts research on the environment, land use, and good governance, and advises cities, communities, and public agencies.
