Requires Department of Labor to Disseminate Information Related to Public Contract Work and Contractors

This law requires the Department of Labor & Workforce Development (DLWD) to post information on its website that provides guidance for contractors, subcontractors and public bodies about public contract work. This includes information about wage payment, recordkeeping, registration requirements, penalties, and a list of the names of contractors and subcontractors who have failed to pay prevailing wages.
