At Newmark Associates recently, two associates were recognized for their notable achievements as top sales producers in 2019 in two categories as well as for promotions to new positions.

Charles Ritschel, receiving the 2019 Annual Award for Top Industrial Sales, was promoted to Vice President; Courtney Rosenkrantz, receiving the 2019 Annual Award for Top Mixed Use Properties Sales with a partner, was promoted to Senior Sales Associate.

Mr. Ritschel, specializing in office and industrial markets in northern New Jersey, joined the brokerage firm in 2013 after graduating from Hofstra University with a B.A. in Communication and background in Public Relations. Recent notable transactions include the leasing of 41,250 SF of Flex Industrial space at 7 Industrial Parkway, Livingston; the sale of 38,700 SF of fully leased industrial property at 176 Franklin Avenue, Rockaway; and the leasing of 12,500 SF of industrial space in Union City.
Commenting on his work to date with the woman-owned business, Mr. Ritschel said, “I am very excited to continue to grow with Newmark Associates and am looking forward to the next chapter in my career.”
Ms. Rosenkrantz, who markets in all asset classes in Morris, Essex and Union Counties, joined the firm in 2016 after graduation from University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration, holding a dual major in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship and Directed Study in Pre-Law. Recent notable transactions include the sales of a mixed use building at 59 Franklin Street, Morristown; a retail building at 34 E. Northfield Road, Livingston and land for redevelopment at 220-228 Berdan Avenue, Wayne.
