New Jersey’s leading food tech businesses, innovators, and investors will gather to share insights, discuss opportunities, and identify future partners at the NJ FoodTech 2025 conference at Rutgers University on June 25.
The event, hosted by Middlesex County and Rutgers University’s Food Innovation Center, will take place from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Rutgers Student Center, 126 College Avenue in New Brunswick.
Now in its third year, NJ FoodTech 2025 brings together food industry stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, researchers, students, investors, and public-sector leaders, united by a common goal: driving innovation through collaboration. This year’s theme, “Collaborate to Innovate,” emphasizes the power of public-private partnerships to shape the future of food.
