The Senate Labor Committee will meet on Monday, May 15th to consider the following bills:

  • S-432 (Allen) – Enacts the “NJ Family First Employer Act”; establishes award for certain employers.
  • S-1562* (Cruz-Perez) – Prohibits certain employment actions against employees affected by declared state of emergency.
  • S-3176** (Madden) – Changes year used to calculate TDI and FLI employee taxes from most recent calendar year to most recent fiscal year.
