Working Mother magazine has named seven New Jersey companies to its 2017 list of the 100 Best Companies for working moms.
As Eric Strauss at the news website ROI-NJ reports, companies were chosen based on applications that included more than 100 questions on such items as leave policies, workforce representation and benefits.
The seven companies are:
- Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, based in Newark.
- Johnson & Johnson, based in New Brunswick.
- Merck & Co., based in Kenilworth.
- Novo Nordisk Inc., based in Plainsboro.
- Prudential Financial, based in Newark.
- Unilever, based in Englewood Cliffs.
- Zoetis, based in Parsippany.
