NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka will discuss leadership in challenging times during this month’s education program offered by the New Jersey Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).

The interactive discussion, “Pioneering Beyond the Pandemic: Women & Men in Leadership,” takes place Oct. 21 at the Crowne Plaza Princeton, 900 Scudders Mill Road, Plainsboro. Networking opens at 10:30 a.m., followed by Siekerka’s presentation and an audience Q & A period.

Siekerka leads the nation’s largest statewide business association – an organization that is well-known for its powerful advocacy in Trenton on behalf of small and large New Jersey businesses. Siekerka is recognized as an experienced multi-dimensional leader in commerce, industry and government who works successfully with diverse teams in complex situations to deliver results.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Siekerka and the NJBIA team have been especially influential by working tirelessly to provide New Jersey employers with the information and resources needed to navigate a myriad of changing state mandates and safety protocols affecting business operations.
