NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekera will join a panel of experts speaking at NJ101.5 radio’s live Town Hall broadcast, “The Future of Work in New Jersey,” at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 21.
The event, hosted by NJ101.5’s Eric Scott, will feature a discussion on how the pandemic has changed both the workplace and the employer-employee relationship. Siekerka will be joined by Maria Heidkamp, director of program development at Rutgers University’s Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, and Peter Chen, senior policy analyst at New Jersey Policy Perspective.
There will also be appearances by Jeff Vasser, executive director of the New Jersey Division of Travel and Tourism; Dora Onyschak, regional director of the HR consulting firm Robert Half; Kirk Ruoff, founder and CEO of Turning Point Restaurants; and Kristin Fitzgerald, marketing and public relations manager at Six Flags Great Adventure.
“Both the physical workplace and the dynamic between employer and employee has changed,” said Scott, NJ101.5’s senior political director. “There are lessons to be learned from both sides.”
