Jack Kelly is a Government Affairs Associate at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), where he advocates on behalf of the state’s business community before the New Jersey Legislature and state agencies. His policy portfolio includes labor and workforce policy, healthcare and health insurance, and property and casualty insurance.

In this role, Jack monitors legislation, engages with policymakers and stakeholders, and works with NJBIA members to analyze proposed legislation and advance policies that support a strong and competitive business climate in New Jersey.

Prior to joining NJBIA, Jack worked in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he assisted constituents in navigating federal agencies and resolving complex casework matters. Through this work, he gained experience working across federal departments and helping individuals and organizations address regulatory and administrative challenges.

Jack is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Government at Johns Hopkins University and earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Maryland.
