Seton Hall University’s Division of Continuing Education and Professional Studies is launching a series on strategic influencing, beginning Oct. 5.

Management training coach and author Lee Miller will teach participants how they can control situations, whether at home or at work, and positively affect outcomes. Miller’s workshops introduce key strategies for influencing and communication, and include a seminar geared specifically toward women.

The series follows with a hands-on, skill-building session on advanced strategic influencing and a program dedicated to understanding the nuances involved in cross cultural influencing and communications.

Programs take place on Friday from 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on the following dates:

  • October 5 – Strategic Influencing and Communication for Women
  • October 12 –  Strategic Influencing and Communication
  • November 9 – Cross-Cultural Influencing and Communication
  • November 16 – Advanced Strategic Influencing and Communication
