The Department of Banking and Insurance (DOBI) intends to propose special adopted amendments and concurrent amendments to N.J.A.C. 3:34, Governmental Unit Deposit Protection. DOBI is providing advance notice of this rulemaking action to interested parties/stakeholders and is seeking your input on the proposed special adopted amendments and concurrent proposed amendments. Please refer to the attached synopsis for a description of the special adopted amendments and concurrent proposed amendments.
Please provide any feedback concerning the proposed special adopted amendments and concurrent proposed amendments as set forth in the attached synopsis via e-mail to AdvanceNotice@dobi.nj.gov by January 2, 2019. DOBI will consider comments received by that date and may make changes deemed appropriate based on the information received.
