On this weekend’s “Minding Your Business” on News 12+, NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka continues her ‘Year of the Business Owner’ tour with a visit to The Dance Centre in South Toms River.
TDC Owner Sheri Daknis tells Siekerka her inspiring story of trying to grow a family business in challenging times, the help she received from her municipality and from NJBIA, her business’ impact on the community and how dance can plant the seeds for workforce development among young students.
Also on this weekend’s Minding Your Business, Integris CEO Rashaad Bajwa gives a very insightful presentation about the tricky balance of defining work culture and productivity in the workplace in a post-COVID world.
NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business” is a weekly TV show, and winner of three 2022 Telly Awards, that airs on News 12+ at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday, as well as 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
