On this past weekend’s Minding Your Business on News 12+, the show featured coverage from NJBIA’s Workforce Summit where Lt. Gov. Dale Caldwell told the capacity crowd how New Jersey can improve its already impressive workforce by connecting individual silos that too often work independently.
“It’s hard for us to be cheaper than a lot of southern states, but we can have the best workforce in the United States of America and we have it, but we can make it even better and that’s really what [NJBIA’s] been all about,” he said. “And the only way to do that is to make sure that we connect across boundaries.”
