On this past weekend’s edition of NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business,” CEO of Fulfill Kim Guadagno discusses the great efforts made by the food bank of Monmouth and Ocean counties in a year of COVID-19. 

Guadagno, New Jersey’s first lieutenant governor, also said minimum wage workers can be greatly assisted by Fulfill with food and services – which is why she encourages their employers to contact the food bank. 

“I make this pitch to your businesses who hire people only paid a minimum wage – this is the benefit for (those businesses),” Guadagno told host Bob Considine. “If I can get (workers) stabilized food, stabilized insurance and stabilized utilities, they are better employees. 

“If you are a business who pays minimum wage, you should get in touch with us so we can get you those resources.
