The Elite 8 round of voting is now open in The Coolest Thing Made in New Jersey contest, launched by Manufacturing Counts, a partnership between NJBIA and the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) to promote awareness of New Jersey manufacturing.
More than 50,000 votes have been cast thus far in the competition, presented by Withum.
Voting for the first round of 72 initial products ended on Monday, March 30, to determine the 16 top vote-getters. The second round of voting to narrow the field concluded Monday, April 6.
In this Elite Round of 8, the following businesses are pitted against each other in a battle for who gets the most votes for their products.
Voting for this round will run until 11:59 pm, EST, on Monday, April 13.

The winner of the Coolest Thing Made in New Jersey is scheduled to be announced at the State of the State of Manufacturing event in Trenton on May 21.
The winner will receive an award and coverage of the company and product in upcoming issues of New Jersey Business Magazine and Manufacturing Matters Magazine.
Last year, nearly 40,000 votes were cast online over four rounds of competition before New Jersey company Geared Power won for its innovative BioGuard UVC mask.
